We regret that we cannot accept returns for other reasons than manufacturer defect or shipping damage. All fabric is cut to order specifically for you and cannot be returned but only exchange.
Dye lot issues are not defects and will not be accepted for exchange.Nor will change of choice be acceptable for returns or exchanges.
Any damage or bad conditions of fabric, must be sent in through email, including a proof of condition (eg. a photo) within 2 working days of the delivery of goods. We will offer you an exchange of goods after the investigation concludes that it damaged through shipping.
Samples are cut from random bolts of the particular fabric. Therefore samples and its sole purpose to determine if you want that particular design.
Samples are not dye lot specific. Actual dye lots can vary from samples and fabrics.
WE DO NOT STOCK SAMPLES OF SOME FABRICS.
SAMPLES WILL TAKE LONGER THAN THE ACTUAL FABRIC ORDER TO SHIP (up to 2 weeks).
The cost of each sample is $6.99 and the size is aprox: 3 inch x 5 inch.
If you are unsure about the fabric please order a sample of the fabric.
Not all samples are cut from the bolt some may be just a memo sample.
There may not be any samples available for some fabrics.
Since all fabric is cut at the time of the order we cannot accept any returns.
All orders do take 2-5 business days for processing plus shipping time of average 2 up to 10 business days! Please call or email us if you need faster shipping.
International orders will receive an additional shipping charge. If so you will be notified in advance.
Fabrics may not be delivered in one cut.
Please call for confirmation before ordering if there is a concern.
BEFORE ORDERING A FABRIC THAT YOU BELIEVE MAY BE OUT OF STOCK, PLEASE CALL US BECAUSE WE MAY OR MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT!
If a fabric is out of stock that is listed on our website that you ordered we will notify you.
We do not waive shipping costs or do any price matching because our prices are already low.
All Purchase on our website is bind to all agreement and and return policy, If you do not agree with our policy Please do not buy.
On delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check and immediately report to Customer Service* any damage or defects to products. We will not accept liability for visible damage not reported within three days of delivery.
Our Customer Service will arrange for your product to be inspected.
On inspection, if your products are found to be defective, we will at our discretion attempt to restore the product or offer a replacement as soon as reasonably possible.
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color variation does not mean that the fabric is defective.
